FLOAT

Every creator is a market.

FLOAT turns social reach into tradable Creator Keys, priced on a bonding curve and settled onchain. Real attention, real-time pricing — not a leaderboard.

Mechanics

How it works

01

Discover

Browse every Creator Key market on chain, ranked by momentum, market cap or holder count.

02

Trade

Buy and sell keys against a bonding curve. The price is a function of supply — no order book, no counterparty to find.

03

Creators earn

Every trade pays the creator behind the market. Fees accrue as a withdrawable balance, claimable at any time.

04

Claim & withdraw

A market can trade before its creator arrives. Verify the X account it was opened for and every fee it earned in the meantime is released to you.

Creator-first economics

Every trade pays the creator behind the market.

92% of every trading fee goes straight to the creator; the remainder accrues to the protocol treasury. Both sides are pull-based — nothing is pushed on each trade, so a wallet that cannot receive ETH can never stall a market, and a creator withdraws their balance whenever they like.

FAQ

Questions, answered

FLOAT only ever reads your address and balance for display, and never asks for your seed phrase. Every transaction you sign is built in the open — the amount, the market and the slippage limit are all visible before you approve.

A tradable position tied to a creator's social identity. Its price moves along a bonding curve with demand, and the creator earns a share of every trade made against it.

Only a hash of your handle. Raw handles, avatars and follower counts are never written to the ledger — a market is addressed by that hash, not by your name. The ticker you choose is the one public field.

A market can be seeded for an X account before that account signs up, and it trades normally. The creator's share of every fee is held in escrow until you verify the account, at which point the whole balance is released to you.

Only to trade. Robinhood Chain uses ETH for gas, and it is an L2, so a trade costs a fraction of Ethereum mainnet. Browsing markets and connecting a wallet costs nothing.

To the protocol treasury address set in the contract, as a withdrawable balance. There is no FLOAT token and no buyback — the split between creator and treasury is a contract parameter you can read on the protocol page at any time.

Your profile lists every market you hold keys in, what closing those positions would return at the current curve price, the markets you created, and any creator fees waiting to be withdrawn. It is built entirely from chain state, so any address can be looked up — not just your own.
